To be honest their servicing department doesn't even deserve a 1 star but can't review without putting something in. Customer service is non existent talk down to you and never call you back. As for the service almost double what another Peugeot dealership charged and do bare mininum, leave parts off the car and then say they weren't on there in the first place. Never use Marshalls at Gillinfham the place to go

I bought a vehicle from WJ King Peugeot Sidcup in May 2023, not knowing much about cars I put my trust in them and paid £29,000, due to personal circumstances I asked to return the car, they offered me £17,000, how can a car lose £12,000 in 8 months! It's obvious the car was well overpriced and I was basically ripped off which for a main dealer is disgraceful, I suggest you be aware when dealing with them. Very disappointed!

I ordered my new mobility car from Sidcup way back last year, I waited 3 months and within that time the advanced payment dropped, they wouldn't honor the new advance payment. I cancelled the order and reordered the car with the lesser advance payment, waited another 3 months and the car arrived and they've made it so so difficult for me to collect the car, giving me incorrect information, I called motabilty this morning who told me there giving me the wrong information. They've had my car 2 weeks and I still don't have my car

Recently purchased a 208 and I am delighted to say the service I received from Lauren and Paul was above and beyond excellent! Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond their control, I didn’t receive my vehicle on the date planned, however they provided me with an interim vehicle of the same model so I could adapt to driving a new 208 from a Fiat 500. The service from Peugeot , Sidcup really is Top Class. Lauren and Paul you are a credit to the Team. Thank you so much!!

Left a negative review a few weeks ago regarding trying to get my DVSA recall booked in back in May. Finally managed to get it booked in (let’s hope it doesn’t get cancelled again!) spoke to Vicki from the service department and she was very helpful and apologetic for my recent communication or lack of! The car is booked in for next week so can’t speak about the service as yet but this 5 stars is for Vicki for being very helpful and understanding to the stress this has caused me the past 8 months and for managing to book my car in finally!

Really bad customer service by this dealership (and in extension by Peugeot UK). Before covid I was fitted disks and pads worth £1,500, which failed with less than 1000 miles on them (during lockdown), but because they were off their 6 months warranty time, I was offered a 10% discount to replace them. For months the garage (who sold me the disks) kept on saying Peugeot should foot the bill, and peugeot were saying (which was their right to say anyway) that I didn't buy directly from them, so there is nothing they can do. After months, waiting for Peugeot to deal with my complaint for their official dealership, they offered me an extra 10% on the parts as goodwill (again they said there was nothing in their power to do as this was a private shop), on top of the 10% of the dealer. But by that time labour and parts were 20% more expensive than when I started this, so I ended up with an even higher quote. During this time I was ghosted countless times by the dealership, email and phone, and they only responded when Peugeot intervened. If you are thinking of buying a Peugeot, think twice, and if you are thinking of buying a peugeot (or any other of the brands under wj king) in SE London, better dont - plenty of other brands around. You'll save yourself a lot of headaches down the road

I have recently purchased a new 2008 from WJ-King Sidcup and I am extremely impressed with the whole experience. I had the pleasure of dealing with Paul and Lauren who truly went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible buying experience. Lauren was fantastic - she gave me a lot of her time, both in person and on the phone to ensure I understood every detail behind the car's functionality and was always so fast in responding to my queries. What stood out the most was her transparency and honesty throughout the process and efforts to find the best possible deal for me. Additionally, her friendly demeanor made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. Very happy with the quality of my car, the new 2008 is an amazing alternative to an evoke - and the tech on the car is up there with the best! Also, I think it's fantastic WJ King provide a video walk through of the car the minute it arrives and the follow up communications really shows you are a valued customer. Would highly recommend both the 2008 and this dealership!

Took my car e-2008 to them on Thursday 12th October for a product recall. Got a call on Thursday just before they close to say that I won't be getting the car back that day. I've had to call them back several times and no update on what has happened to my car. Now they don't even answer phone calls and get through to the switch board and they can't even get through to them. Left with no car and no information but I am still paying for my PCP

I have 23 plate Peugeot 208 standard trim that has a tyre safety recall. Took the car to this place on 28th July and today is 15th August. No updates and still waiting for new tyres. I called today ti be told they have to order the tyres in a special way, hence the delay. I had to call them! They also removed my grand daughters rear facing car seat and put it in the forward facing position. I don’t understand why they did that if the car went in for tyres! I won’t be using this dealer again. I’ll go to Stellantis in Romford where I am treated as a valued customer. The only reason I went to WJ King Sidcup is because they are nearer to home. Should have saved myself the other of going with this half cut place.

Stay away I had a very bad experience with them. They are not correct and in their attempts to sell a new car they use lies. In my case it was like this I am the owner of a Peugeot 3008 2.0 HDI and I was very interested in the new 408 and I had two different offers from different cities which were also very acceptable. When I went to the office, the salesman who was there also made me an offer, it was higher but still acceptable. In the course of the conversation between us, I said that I had noticed an increase in the prices of this model, which was subsequently used as pressure to order the given model 1.2 petrol. I wasn't sure because of the small three-cylinder engine of this car. Then the seller, using tricks, told me that we should place the order within a few days because it was the end of the month and he claimed that from the new month the price will rise again. I said I haven't driven this car and I want a test drive, but a longer one to feel what it is exactly, after all, I'm not buying new socks. I also asked him what would happen to the £500 deposit if I didn't like the car after driving it and was assured that it would be refunded, which again turned out to be a lie. The price of the car hasn't gone up for two months now and they didn't give me back the £500 when I made the sensible decision that I couldn't compromise from the 2.0 SUV to go with the 1.2 three cylinder engine

Can't speak highly enough of the spares department. I was over from France and had my 807 wing mirror broken. Peugeot don't make them anymore - so the guy in spares (sorry don't know his name) sourced me a non- Peugeot one and messaged me to tell me when it was in. Went to a lot of trouble to help me out with a £16 item - and was efficient and friendly. Not often impressed these days - but a definite pat on the back for WJ King - thank you.

Worst Company ever. Booked Van in over the phone on 5/12/2022 . My guy turned up 25/01/23 to drop van off and no courtesy Vehicle there for him as promised. So 8 weeks until they could carry out works on the Van and no proper explanation why no Courtesy Vehicle. Rude Receptionist who said "Well its out of our Hands" REALLYAVOID AT ALL COSTS FIND SOMEWHERE WITH PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICEHad to give 1 Star to be able to post or would of been 0 or less!!!
