Wade at Welling was superb. Listened to what I needed and what I could do budget wise. I needed a good 2nd hand car and there was no pressure or pushing for me to try get a new car like you find at some car dealers. Wade came up with a fantastic Crossland which exceeded my expectations and was within budget. Would 100% recommend WJ King Welling - great customer service and fantastic cars. The key remote of our Vauxhall Zafira was not working, quoted150 for just the diagnosis and a week or two for the Key to be programmed. Really! Took to an Auto locksmith who made a new key for £169 in 20 minutes. How can you not know how to repair your own creation?

Got a lot of information about newer cars but didn't proceed. Darren the salesman was very nice, knowledgeable and very helpful.

I dealt with Isaiah and he was nothing but brilliant. From start to finish I could not fault him. Customer service was on point. Even my mum said he was really nice and she hates everyone. Would defo recommend Isaiah for purchasing your new vehicle

Purchased my Second Hand Vauxhall Astra Ultimate at Dartford garage and the whole process from booking the test drive right through to the Collection of my New Car was Fantastic. I purchased a 2021 Vauxhall mokka with the help of Jack Williamson on the 19th of March. He was brilliant and so helpful, no pressure and just very accommodating. I found the whole experience stress free, not only did he guide me through process but since last Tuesday he has kept in contact making sure I am happy with the car and letting me know that the team are always there for any questions I might have. Jack also called me today as realised I was owed a refund which I found so professional. Thank you again to the whole team for a great experience.

Very polite people, I went into ford and they told me I’ll be waiting up to 6months for a car and at Vauxhall Bromley a salesman called Jake helped me get my car in under 4weeks. If anyone is looking for a car ask for Jake

Review of car service carried out by W J King Dartford Jan 24 I have purchased a number of Vauxhall cars from Robins & Day Chislehurst, and they conducted all of my servicing and MOT’s. However, Robins & Day Sidcup, were purchased by Stellantis and then subsequently closed down. This resulted in my Insignia 2.8T 4x4 needing to find a new Service Centre. I called into the Dartford Branch of W J King, as I was passing, and was greeted by Katie who was doing her Service Department training. I had some very specific service questions, and so was passed onto Helen the Service Manager. All of my questions were answered very professionally, however I still needed some specific information concerning the car battery replacement and the 4x4 Haldex service requirement. Nevertheless, I was sufficiently convinced so proceeded to book my car in for Service. Pickup and delivery was also available from my home address, for an extra £15, which I also took advantage of. I was also asked if I wanted Vauxhall genuine parts to be used or Vauxhall guaranteed parts. I opted for Vauxhall genuine parts, as my car is only serviced once a year. Over the next couple of days, Helen E-mailed me, providing full information of the replacement car battery, which again allayed any concerns I had, and I asked for this to be added to the service. My car was picked up after aphone call on the day, to ensure that the car was available. I paid over the phone after the car had been serviced and it was delivered back to me the same day. A picture was also sent to me, taken under the car, showing what 4x4 Haldex system was fitted, a nice extra, indicating that no additional service of the 4x4 system was needed. All in all, my experience of W.J King (Dartford) Service Department and in particular, the actions carried out by the Service Manager, Helen were exemplary. I will be using them for all of my Servicing and MOT testing in the future. Well done W.J.King (DartfordChris G
