    I attended an expert EV advice appointment, which was useful. Very friendly and professional. I have learnt a lot of new fitures of my vehicle. Steven managed to fix an issue with 3rd row seats of my EV9.

    Only used this place for convenience for servicing. Never again will I use this Kia or any WJ KING garage. Finally free of this place. Only because I’m no longer a Kia owner. However I have never had a positive experience here. Booking a car in takes forever and the appointments are weeks away. Last time I booked in the car for a recall and even told them it was a recall they didn’t even look at it for a whole day, went to collect it and they saidsorry we are busyI was the 2nd person to drop my car off as I walked in when they unlocked the door. I had to rebook the car in for another session. Time before that my car broke down and had to be recovered back on a truck under warranty. Sidcup Kia couldn’t have cared less. Told me it would be at least 4 weeks before they could look at it. Zero sympathy. Terrible customer service. Spoke to Kia at JCB Ebbsfleet, amazing, they have the right attitude. Go there. Worth it.

    DONT reserve a car for £99. I reserved a car 3 weeks ago. Having soo much trouble getting my £99 back, was told yesterday it will take another 10 days. Spoke to Manager (Sidcup) etc, who couldn’t help. The Director is ignoring all my emailsThere quick at taking your moneyTotally unacceptableIve purchased many cars over the years from WJ Kings, I will never use them again.

    Hi Emma We can see that the refund has been processed. We reference that it can take 'up to' 10 days to reach your account, as this is the guideline that is given to us from the banks.     We 1st visited the Chinese Garage Kia in Beckenham and thought their customer service was terrible and had no interest when we showed up, very poor customer service. However we tried our luck with w j king Sidcup Kia and spoke to 1 of their Sales reps Terri/Terry who was extremely helpful to us. Her customer service was very good and was very patient with what we were looking for and very helpful. Couldn't have asked anything more from her including finding us the best deal possible.

    So delighted to have bought my new car from Kia WJ King via part exchange.     I ordered my new mobility car from Sidcup way back last year, I waited 3 months and within that time the advanced payment dropped, they wouldn't honor the new advance payment. I cancelled the order and reordered the car with the lesser advance payment, waited another 3 months and the car arrived and they've made it so so difficult for me to collect the car, giving me incorrect information, I called motabilty who told me there giving me the wrong information. They've had my car 2 weeks and still don't have my car.

    My Mum came to them to discuss about renewing her car. The salesman she had a meeting with told her that they had a few weeks to sort this out. 3 days later she is charged the balloon payment for her car with no letter letting her know this or warning. When she called up to tell them this happened they were no help and only gave a luke warm apology. Would not recommend going to this car garage as they clearly do not know what is going on.

    My car got a safety recall and this is my nearest Peugeot dealership. I got the letter back in May. I booked in with this dealership for June but it got cancelled because they didn’t have the bonding that was needed. I then rebooked for July but then it got cancelled again. I asked them if they would let me know when they have the bonding needed to fix my back window (which bear in mind is rattling and at risk of falling out) they said they would but I’m still waiting. It is now November and I still haven’t heard from them so I rang them on Wednesday and service department wasn’t answering so I got out through to sales. The lady I spoke said she would give them a message and email the manager. I’m still waiting. I don’t know what to do now, so I will be contacting the DVSA who sent me the letter and explain to them and express my concern. The letter says it’s my responsibility to get it fixed and I’ve been trying for 7 months.

    We're good when the car is new. Once the car is older they treat you poorly. Had a repair done to the electrics to pass the MOT. The repair only lasted a weak, and the same fault returned!! Now they keep fobbing me off and do not want to help, or fix their fault, or return my money for a not done. I am a pensioner and disabled.. Appalling Company!! To Mr Paul Philpot KIA uk CEO.

    I was waiting half hour just to deliver a car after we booked online The feedback is bad form the service department and if I knew that the service level that we would have from this garage that is local we would never choose Peugeot
